8:00 AM 10:00 AM Checked well, found it had kicked off over night.Well was gassing. Pulled frac valve. Re-installed swab tee.
10:00 AM 3:45 PM Swabbed well (about 9 runs) to TD of 4,586'. Well appeared to be cleaned up. Shut in. Left rig over hole.

7:15 AM 9:30 AM Rigged up BJ. Fractured Benson with 5,000 lbs. of 80/100 mesh sand and 40,000 lbs. of 20/40 mesh sand. Formation broke at 2,357, and treated at an average rate of 20.3 bbls/min and an average pressure of 2,225. ISIP was 1,655, and 5 minute pressure was 1,479 psi. Rigged BJ down.
9:30 PM 12:45 PM Opened well through 4 1/2" casing. Moved tanks off location.
12:45 PM 5:30 PM Swabbed well. Left open overnight.

9:00 AM 12:00 PM Moved Denex swab rig to location and rig up over hole. Haul frac valve and flow back equipment to location. Grade road.
1:30 PM 3:00 PM  Rig up perforators (Meeks). Ran correlation log. Found top of cement at 3,900'. Perforated Benson with 16 holes over four foot interval from 4,406-4,410' (ground level measurement).

12:00 AM 2:30 AM Finished tripping out of hole. Gas check at collars showed 4/10ths H20 through 2" (84 mcf/day).
2:30 AM 5:45 AM  Logged well (Allegheny). Fluid level in hole at 3,780'.
5:45 AM 7:30 AM Rig up to run casing. Tally pipe. Wait on power tongs.
7:30 AM 11:15 PM Ran 4,662 feet (110 joints) of new 10.5# (McJunkin) 4 1/2" casing (Mountain State Power Tongs), with latch down in shoe on bottom and centralizers on joints 2, 4, 6 and 10.
12:00 PM 12:50 PM Cemented (BJ) with 146 sx of 50/50 poz with 2% gel, 10% salt and 1/4# flake. Pumped plug down with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid. Hole circulated. Landed plug at calculated displacement of 74.1 bbls with 275 psi at 12:30 PM. Bumped pressure to 1,200 psi. Rigged BJ down. Blew water out of top of casing. Poured 10 gallons of diesel fuel down casing. Screwed on 2" swedge and valve.
12:50 6:00 PM Tear down and move rig off location.

12:00 AM 5:30 PM Drilled 7 7/8" hole. Rig was 5,600' 6:30 AM, soaping, carrying 1 1/2" stream of water, and drilling 36 minutes per kelly. Bit has 82 hours on it. Gas check at 5,298', showed 20/10ths H20 through 1" (189 mcf/day). Rig was 5,854' at 4:30 PM. Instructed rig to drill one more kelly, clean hole and begin tripping out. Scheduled logging truck for 2 AM. Reached TD of 5,890' at 5:30 PM.
 5:30 PM 12:00 AM Cleaned hole. Started tripping out, laying down drill pipe.

12:00 AM 12:00 PM Drilled 7 7/8" hole. Rig was 4,708' at 6:45 AM, soaping, carrying 1 1/2" stream of water, and drilling 30 minutes per kelly. Gas check at 4,339', showed 1/10ths H20 through 1" (15 mcf/day). Bit seems okay (drilling smoothly) but bit trip may still be necessary. Rig was 4,860 at 11:20 AM, soaping, drilling 30 minutes per kelly. Gas check at 4,799 (which should be through the Benson) showed 60/10ths H2O through 1" (82 mcf/day). Rig was 5,105' at 6:00 PM, soaping, drilling 35 minutes per kelly.

12:00 AM 12:00 AM Drilled 7 7/8" hole. Rig was 3820' at 7:00 AM, soaping, carrying 1 1/2" stream of water, and drilling 40 minutes per kelly. Gas check at 3,661', no show. Unlikely that gas checks will reveal much, considering the volume of water being carried. Rig was 4,064' at 3:30 PM, soaping, drilling 40 minutes per kelly. Bit has 55 1/2 hours. Expected to trip for bit at 60 hours (8:00 PM), or sooner, if bit craters.Bit seemed okay. Did not trip, continued to drill.

12:00 AM 12:00 AM Drilled 7 7/8" hole. Rig was 3,100' at 7:30 AM, soaping, carrying 1 1/2" stream of water, and drilling 60 minutes per kelly. Temperature was below 10 degrees, and rig was having problems with weight indicator freezing, which slowed drilling down. Gas check at 2,919' showed 1/10" water through 1" (11 mcf/day). Rig was 3,230' at 12:20 PM, soaping, drilling 35 minutes per kelly. Rig was 3,452' at 6:15 PM, soaping, drilling 40 minutes per kelly. Rig was 3,611' at 11:30 PM, soaping, drilling 3 minutes per foot (in sand?).

12:00 AM 12:00 AM Drilled 7 7/8" hole. Picked up 1/2" stream of water at 1,974. Rig was 2,271' at 8:30 AM, soaping, drilling 24 minutes per kelly. Rig was 2,400' at 12:00 PM, soaping, drilling 24 minutes per kelly. Gas check at 2,426' showed 12/10" water through 2" (146 mcf/day). Picked up additional water, probably in Gantz formation. Rig was 2,850', soaping, drilling 30 minutes per kelly (1foot/minute) at 10:00 PM.

12:00 AM 11:30 AM Wait on cement. Nipple up on 8 5/8" casing. Trip in hole with 7 7/8" tri-cone. 3 joints off bottom at 9:00 AM. Drilled cement and shoe.
 11:30 AM 12:00 AM Drilled 7 7/8" hole. Rig was 1,675' at 4:15 PM, dusting. Top of Big Lime was at 1,650. Rig was 1,843', dusting, drilling 35 minutes per kelly, at 10:45 PM. Initial gas check at 1,684, no show.

12:00 AM 2:45 PM Drilled 11" hole with tri-cone bit. Rig was 1,134' at 7:15 AM, soaping (1/2" stream of water), drilling about 3 minutes per foot. Rig was 1,365' at 1:45, drilling 2 feet per minute.
2:45 PM  3:15 PM Reached TD of top hole at 1,393' at 2:15. Cleaned hole. Tripped out of hole. Prepared to log top hole (Allegheny Nuclear)
3:15 PM 5:45 PM Logged coal, prepare to run and cement surface casing.
5:45 PM  8:45 PM Ran 1,353' of 8 5/8" (20#) surface casing (McJunkin), with Mountain State Power Tongs, and cemented (BJ) with 309 sx. Plug down at 8:45 PM.

12:00 AM 8:00 AM Drilled 11" hole with hammer. Carrying 1/2" stream of water, and soaping hole. Drilling just under 1 foot per minute. Hole was 514' at 8:00 AM.
8:00 AM 10:00 AM Tripped 11' hammer bit out. Tripped in with 11" tri-cone bit.
10:00 AM   12:00 AM Drilled 11" hole, soaping. Carrying 1/2" stream of water.Found Kittaning coal from 785-788'. Hole was 694' at 2:50 PM. Rig was 945' at 9:30 PM.

7:00 AM 9:30 AM Finished rigging up. Spudded hole. Drilled rat hole.
9:30 AM  3:30 PM Unable to drill, due to loose material (fill) below location. Hauled 30' of 16" conductor casing to location, along with 8 5/8" casing. Drove 16" casing and drilled 15" hole.
3:30 PM 7:00 PM  Switched to 12 3/4" bit. Drilled to 60'. Set 54' of 11 3/4" casing (42#).
7:00 PM  12:00 AM Picked up 11" hammer bit. Drilled 11" hole.
