7:00 AM 9:15AM Univerasal arrived at 7:30 AM. Dozer (Marteny) arrived at 7:15 AM, and pulled trucks onto location. Rigged up frac trucks, prepared to fracture. Tested lines to 5,400 psig (1,400 over max. pressure.)
9:15 AM 9:55 AM Fractured Haverty. Pumped 45,000 lbs of 80/100 mesh sand and 40,400 lbs. of 20/40 sand using 118,500 scf of nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 2,670 psig, and treated at an average rate of 26.5 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,283 psig. Pumped 40 bbl pad. Pumped 80/100 mesh at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon, changing about every 30 bbls. Pumped and 20/40 at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon, changing about every 30 bbls.. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. Dropped 3 1/2" frac ball. ISIP was 2,399 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 2,020 psig. Total water pumped was 839 bbl (clean volume) including acid through flush.
9:55 AM 10:45 AM Ran in hole to perforate 1st Elk. Found ball on baffle. Perforated 1st Elk with 4 shots from 4,267' to 4,269', 7 shots from 4,221' to 4,229' and 7 shots from 4,204 to 4.212'.
10:45 AM 11:25 AM Fractured 1st Elk with 45,000 lbs. of 80/100 mesh sand and 44,500 lbs. of 20/40 sand using 121,000 scf of Nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 2,460 psig and treated at an average rate of 26.7 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,310 psig. Pumped 40 bbl pad ahead of sand. Pumped 80/100 mesh at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon and 20/40 at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon at 30 bbl intervals, changing about every 30 bbls. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. Dropped 3 3/4" frac ball. ISIP was 2,084 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,716 psig. Total water pumped was 836 bbl (clean volume).
11:25 AM 12:05 PM Ran in hole to perforate Balltown/Speechley, found ball on baffle. Found ball. Perforated Balltown/Speechley with 2 holes from 3,066' to 3,068', 6 holes from 3,009' to 3,012' and 8 holes from 2,930' to 2,936'.
12:05 PM 12:20 PM Wait on water.
12:20 PM 12:45 PM
Fractured Balltown/Speechley with 30,600 lbs. of 80/100 mesh sand and 29,600 lbs. of 20/40 sand using 84,000 scf of Nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 2,040 psig and treated at an average rate of 29.1 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 2,959 psig. Pumped 40 bbl pad ahead of sand. Pumped 80/100 mesh at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon and 20/40 at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon at 30 bbl intervals, changing about every 30 bbls. Flushed with fresh water. ISIP was 1,821 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,656 psig. Total water pumped was 610 bbl (clean volume).
12:45 PM 2:40 PM Shut well in. Had Universal empty frac tanks off location. Rigged down perforators and frac crew. All trucks left location without a dozer. Had Energy Contractors wash road. Cut ditch with Marteney dozer from wellhead to pit. Moved flow back tank into place. Installed ball-catcher and flow back equipment to flowback tank and chained to frac valve.
2:40 PM 11:59 PM Opened well at 2:42 PM. Seemed like top ball hit immediately. Had both balls in ball catcher within 90 seconds. Broke ball catcher and recovered both balls at 2:45. Turned well back to flowback tank. Left well location at about 6:00 PM. Left well overnight to flowback tank open to pit.

9:00 AM 11:00 AM Denex truck hauled frac valve and flow back to location, Pioneer perforated Elk formation with 10 holes from 5,297' to 5,303', 2 holes from 5,212' to 5,214' and 4 holes from 5,198' tp 5,200'. Pioneer took new cased hole truck off location and left other cased hole truck and mast truck.

7:30 AM 5:00 PM Hauled last two 250 bbl water tanks to location. Finished filling all tanks. SW Jack moved remainder of equipment off of location. Pioneer Wireline moved new cased hole truck and other cased hole truck to location to test new truck. Ran correlation logs with both trucks to compare. Found TD at 5,422, top of cement at 2,400', 3 5/16" baffle at 4,296' and 3 9/16" baffle at 3,090'.

12:00 AM 1:40 AM Tripping out of hole, laying down drill pipe.
1:40 AM 2:25 AM Preparing to log well.
2:25 AM 6:55 AM Logging well (Pioneer Wireline). On bottom at 3:30 AM. Tallied casing. Electrical problems (heater kicked breaker which also ran controls to drum) caused shut down from 4:45 AM until 5:35 AM). Power tongs arrived.
6:55 AM 9:15 AM Rig down loggers. Nipple down, strip cellar, rig up power tongs, prepare to run casing.
9:15 AM 1:15 PM Mountain State Power Tongs ran 135 joints (5,421') of new 10.5# M-65 4 1/2 inch casing (McJunkin) with latch down in shoe on bottom . Set baffles in Joint 28 at 4,297' (3 5/16") and Joint 58 at 3,092' (3 9/16"). Set 10 centralizers on Joints 2, 4, 8, 28, 32, 34, 58, 62 and 67. Set 2 baskets on Joint 8 at 5,140' and Joint 33 at 4,097'. Universal arrived to cement, and started spotting trucks and preparing to cement. Landed casing at 1:15 PM.
1:15 PM 1:50 PM Rig down power tongs. Rig up Universal to cement casing. SW Jack started rigging down
1:50 PM 2:55 PM Cemented casing with 400 sx of 35/65/6 cement (65% Class A, 35% Fly Ash). Pumped 10 bbl H2O ahead to fill rat hole, then 25 bbl of 6% gel pre-flush, then 10 bbl H20 spacer. Pumped 130 bbl cement slurry. Released plug. Displaced plug with 12 bbl 15% HCl acid and 74 bbl of H20. Plug landed at proper displacement of 86 at 400 psig. Bumped pressure to 1,100 psig. Plug down at 2:50 PM. Held for five minutes, then released.
2:55 PM   Rigged Universal down. Installed wellhead and valves. Poured diesel in full port valve to prevent freezing. Released rig. SW Jack rigging down to move rig.

6:10 PM 11:59 PM Tripping out of hole, laying down drill pipe. Very cold and windy.

12:00 AM 6:50 PM Drill 11" hole with tri-cone, soaping. Picked up additional water (1 1/2" stream) at 472'. Rig was 576' at 7:20 AM, soaping, drilling in hard, white sand. Reached TD of 911' at 6:50 PM.
6:50 PM 10:45 PM Clean hole. Trip out of hole. Ran 22 jts (885') of new 20# surface casing (8 5/8") from McJunking with spinning rope. Used one cenrtalizer and set one basket one joint down.
10:45 PM 11:20 PM Rig up BJ to cement.
11:20 AM 11:59 PM Cementing 8 5/8" surface casing.

12:00 AM 12:45 AM Set one joint (42') of new 11 3/4 conductor (from McJunkin).
12:45 AM 8:50 PM Picked up 11" bit and hammer. Drilled 11" hole. Picked up small amount of water at 50'. Started soap pump. Rig was about 100' at 8:30 AM, soaping. Rig was 415' and soaping at 8:50 PM.
8:50 PM 11:15 PM Trip hammer out, trip in with tri-cone.
11:15 PM 11:59 PM Drill 11" hole with tri-cone bit, soaping.

5:00 PM 11:50 Spudded hole with 15" bit and hammer. Hammer seized up. Had to get second hammer. Drilled 15" hole.

6:00 AM 7:00 PM Hauled steel culvert to location, Started moving rig and rigging up. Finished building pit. RDX delivered permit to rig. Hauled pit liner, conductor pipe and surface pipe to location. Had blade truck clearing mud off public road.

Located steel culvert. S. W. Jack started moving rig components to Nestorville. Ordered pipe, 80' X 150' pit liner, and float equipment.
