7:30 AM 3:00 PM Checked well at 7:30 AM. Found 210 psig on casing. Well was feeding 180/day. Cranked well up to about 220/day in anticipation of service rig work. Rig crew arrived about 8:00 AM. Rigged up, and knocked out baffles and ball. Picked up bit, and went to TD of 5,275', leaving about 60' of rat hole. Rigged up to swab. Found very little fluid. Rigged down B&S service rig. Checked N2, found 2.781%. Re-plumbed wellhead and production unit. Turned well back into line.

7:30 AM 1:00 PM Checked well at 7:30 AM. Found 210 psig on casing. Well had fed well all weekend, and was producting at a rate of 158 mcf/day. Wait on B&S's crew (pick-up truck broke down) until 12:30. Found they were not coming. Checked well, left location.

7:30 AM 3:00 PM Checked well at 7:30 AM. Found 360 psig on casing. Well fed well all night, and was producting at a rate of 190 mcf/day. Service rig (B&S Well Services) arrived on location about 1:30, and parked rig over hole. Did not rig up due to constant rain. Well was feeding 190 mcf/day and casing pressure was holding steady at 350 psig at 2:45 PM.

7:30 AM 4:30 PM Checked well at 7:30 AM. Found 400 psig on casing. Well fed all night, and production had increased to 160 mcf/day. Pressure was not dropping, so changed orifices in regulator at about 3:00 PM, so well could be fed harder. Checked well at 4:00 PM. Well was feeding 205mcf/day.

8:00 AM 4:30 PM Soaped well. Brought large volume of water. Plumbed production unit, and ran line from separator to pit. Extended pipeline from edge of location to separator. Checked N2, found 3.3%. Set meter. Casing had 300 psig after approximately 2 hours. Turned well in about 3:00 PM. Was feeding about 115 mcf/day with 250 psig on casing at 4:30 PM.

7:30 AM 4:30 PM Found 900 psig on casing (after 15 hours). Opened well about 8:30. Seemed pretty clean. Added soap. Flowed well. Checked N2. Found 7.3%. Left well open to get rid of N2. Trying to find service rig to drill out baffles and ball.

7:00 AM 10:45 AM Found well gassing hard. Soaped well. Brought fluid. Moved Denex swab rig from George well. Rigged up.
10:45 AM 11:30 AM Ran in hole with tubing tools (jars and stem only, small enough to go through baffles). Sat down on bottom baffle.
11:30 AM  1:30 PM Soaped well and shut in.
1:30 PM 2:00 PM Blew well. Ball not returned. Brought little soap or water.
2:00 PM 4:30 PM Watched well. Shut in at 4:30 PM.

6:00 AM 8:25 AM BJ arrived at 6:00 AM. Rigged up frac trucks, prepared to fracture. Tested lines to 5,000 psig (1,000 over max. pressure.)
8:25 AM 9:20 AM Formation broke at 2,338 psig. Pumped 75.6 bbls of pad, could not get rate above 20 bbl/minute without excessive shaking of wellhead and iron. Shut down, and worked on equipment, reconfigured iron. Also had problem with throttle on blender. Re-tested all lines to 5,000 psig before resuming.
9:20 AM 4:20 PM Resumed pumping. Could not get rate above 20 bbl/minute. Pumped another 70 bbls. Shut down. Worked on valves on blender. Replaced one valve, repaired another. Tried to pump and throttle on vendor blew fuses multiple times. Also had problems with rate counter. BJ sent second mechanic and parts. Finally BJ sent replacement blender (tractor-trailer type) out. Rigged down first blender. Rigged up replacement blender.
4:20 PM 5:00 PM Resumed pumping pad. Fractured Haverty with 40,000 lbs of 100 mesh sand and 40,000 lbs. of 30/50 sand using 153,938 scf of nitrogen (assist only). Formation treated at an average rate of 29 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,663 psig. Pumped 100 mesh at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon. Pumped and 30/50 at 1, 2, 3 and 3.5 lb./gallon. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. ISIP was 2,237 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 2,052 psig. Total water pumped was 995 bbl (clean volume) including acid through flush. Hauled two loads of water.
5:00 PM 6:25 PM Ran in with cased hole gun, tried to sit down on baffle. Baffle not found. Perforated Fourth Elk with 7 shots from 4,835' to 4,838', 7 shots from 4,824' to 4,827' and 3 holes from 4,668' to 4,670'. (One run with hollow steel carrier.) Dropped second 3 3/8 ball, and chased with cased hole gun. Sat down on baffle at correct depth.
6:25 PM 6:50 PM Fractured Fourth Elk with 30,000 lbs of 80/100 sand and 30,000 lbs. of 30/50 sand using 102,104 scf of Nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 2,455 psig and treated at an average rate of 30 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,375 psig. Pumped 40 bbl pad ahead of sand. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon and 30/50 at 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb./gallon. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. ISIP was 2,035 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,768 psig. Total water pumped was 683 bbl (clean volume). Hauled two loads of water.
6:50 PM 7:40 PM Checked to see if ball was on baffle. Found ball. Perforated 1st Elk with 16 shots from 4,195' to 4,203'.
7:40 PM 8:00 PM Fractured First Elk with 10,000 lbs of 80/100 sand and 10,000 bounds of 30/50 sand using 46,550 scf of Nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 2,283 psig and treated at an average rate of 27 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,384 psig. Pumped 40 bbl pad. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon and 30/50 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. ISIP was 1,998 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,718 psig. Total water pumped was 340 bbl (clean volume). Hauled one load of water.
8:00 PM 8:40 PM Checked andfound ball on baffle. Perforated Riley with 16 shots from 3,816' to 3,821'.
8:40 PM 8:55 PM Fractured Riley with 10,000 lbs of 80/100 sand and 10,000 lbs. of 30/50 sand. Formation broke at 2,202 psig and treated at an average rate of 37 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,214 psig. Pumped 40 bbl pad. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon and 30/50 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon. Flushed with treated water. ISIP was 1,617 psig. Total water pumped was 365 bbl.
8:55 PM 10:35 PM Shut valve in, rigged down BJ and Weatherford. Installed XH 45 degree flowback nipple and chained to frac valve. Dale cut ditch with M&S dozer to pit.
10:35 PM 11:59 PM Opened well through 4 1/2" casing. Recovered first frac ball(s) in first 5 minutes. Not found (too dark).

7:00 AM 7:45 AM Loaded frac valve at Denex shop and delivered to well site.
9:45 AM 12:30 PM Weatherford rigged up logging truck and crane truck. Ran cement bond log tripping in hole, found cement top at 3,278'. Pulled correlation log. Perforated Haverty with four holes from 5,210'-5,212', three holes from 5,200'-5,194', seven holes from 5,192'-5,196' and four holes from 5,183'-5,179'.

Finished installing pipeline to edge of well location (a total of 2, 350'). Tied pipeline into existing Denex gathering system. Reviewed fracturing plan with BJ. Scheduled Energy Contractors to provide water truck to haul additional water during fracturing.

7:00 AM 6:00 PM Hauled Denex ditchwitch and 2,000' of 2" SDR 7.3 plastic pipe (McJunkin) to location. Energy Contractors hauled 10 tanks to location. Light rain made it necessary to have dozer (Movin' & Smoothin') help trucks. Found one roll of plastic was SDR 11. Had to roll it back up for return to McJunkin. Buried about 800' of pipe.

3:45 PM 5:00 PM Rigged down loggers. Prepared to run casing.
5:00 PM 8:20 PM Ran 124 joints (5,297') of 10.5 lb/ft 4 1/2" casing (McJunkin) with latch down in shoe on bottom . Set 3 5/16" baffle in Joint 10 at 4,868', 3 7/16" baffle in Joint 25 at 4,229' and 3 9/16" baffle in Joint 34 at 3,843', Set 9 centralizers on Joints 1, 4, 10, 12, 25, 27, 34, 36 and 40. Set 2 baskets on Joint 5 at 5,083' and Joint 27 at 4,143'. Started rigging up cementers (BJ).
8:20 PM 8:55 PM Finished rigging up cementers, prepared to cement.
8:55 PM 9:50 PM Cemented casing with 280 sx of 35/65/6 cement (65% Class A, 35% Fly Ash). Pumped 15 bbl gel ahead, then 50 bbl of H20, then 25 bbl gel spacer, then 5 bbl H20 spacer, then 10 bbl Sure Bond pre-flush, then another 5 bbl H20 spacer. Pumped 93 bbl cement slurry. Released plug. Displaced plug with 12 bbl 15% HCl acid and 72.5 bbl of H20. Plug landed at proper displacement at 100 psig. Bumped pressure to 1,000 psig. Plug down at 9:50 PM. Held for five minutes, then released.
9:50 PM 11:59 AM Rigged BJ down. Installed wellhead valves. Started rigging down drilling rig.

12:00 AM 11:59 PM Drill 7 7/8" hole. Rig was 3,956' and dusting at 6:00 AM, drilling about a foot per minute. Gas check at 3,956' no show. Spoke with BJ and Weatherford Wireline about scheduling frac dates. Tentatively set date for Friday, September 5. Called Energy Contractors and arrange to have ten 250 bbl tanks moved to location and filled on Thursday and Friday (8/28 and 8/29). Rig was 4,578' at 3:30 PM. Rig was 5,043' at 11:00, drilling 30 feet in 25 minutes, dusting. Gas check at 4,700', no show.

12:00 AM 11:59 PM Drill 7 7/8" hole, dusting. Rig was 2,403' and dusting, drilling about a foot per minute at 6:10 AM. No show of gas at any gas checks. (Last check at 2,200'.) Rig was 3,524' at 11:45 PM, dusting, drilling a bit better than one minute per foot. Gas check at 3,200', no show.

3:15 AM 4:45 PM Trip in hole with 7 7/8" bit. Blow water. Drill cement and shoe.
4:45 AM 11:59 PM Drill 7 7/8" hole, dusting. Rig was 1,119' at 6:10 AM. Found top of Big Lime at 1,280'. Rig was 1,338 at 10:05 AM. at 10:45 PM, rig was 1,980' and dusting, drilling 1' per minute. No show of gas at any gas checks.

12:00 AM 6:45AM Drilled 11" hole to TD of 1,026'. Never encountered stream of water, but too damp to dust. Seemed to have an unusual amount of red rock.
6:45 AM 10:15 AM Clean hole. Trip out and lay down drill pipe and collars. Prepare to run casing.
10:15 AM 3:30 PM Ran 23 joints of new 20# casing from McJunkin, with guide shoe on bottom, centralizers on joints 7, 16 and 22, and canvas basket at the bottom of the top joint. Had difficulty stabbing pipe on last three joints, because the pipe was a bit crooked and because of the way the top drive rig positioned the pipe. Had to rig down top drive, install links and conventional elevators and put a man in the derrick to stab the pipe. Without the top drive, had to tighten pipe with chain tongs by hand.
3:30 PM 4:45 PM Cemented (BJ Services) with 265 sx of Class A cement with 3% calcium and 1/4 # cele flake. Plug landed on displacement at 63 bbls. Bumped to 500 psi for five minutes and released pressure.
4:45 PM 6:00 PM Rigged down BJ.
6:30 PM 11:59 PM Waiting on cement.

6:30 AM 4:45 PM Raising derrick and rigging up. Ordered float equipment from McJunkin (three centralizers, one canvas basket and a guide shoe for surface pipe; 10 centralizers, three baskets, flapper float shoe for production string.) Also ordered male 8 5/8" x 4 1/2" well head, 4 1/2" x 2" XH swedge, 2" full port valve, solid bull plug, nipple and 2" regular port valve for wellhead from McJunkin. Called BJ to discuss cement. Ordered latch down and baffles for production string to be delivered with cement for surface pipe. Discussed frac dates and asked BJ (Bob Todd) to call Weatherford Wireline (Ron Griffith) to coordinate frac date with perforater. Called State Inspector (Bill Hatfield). Found bad spot in 1 1/8" drilling line. Slipped 300' of line.
4:45 PM 6:10 PM Drilled conductor hole. Set one joint (33.35') of 11 3/4" conductor. Drilled 11" hole.
 6:10 PM 7:15 PM Nippled up on conductor. Lined ditch to pit with plastic.
 7:15 PM 11:59 PM Drilled 11" hole with tri-cone bit. Hole damp at 98'. Started soap pump.

7:00 AM 5:00 PM Took fence down at road. Attempted to locate buried telephone lines along road. Met Verizon field engineer (Anthony) on site, located phone lines. Brent Currence and Cliff Helmick moved Denex backhoe to location. Exposed about 50 feet of phone line.
