10:30 AM 5:30 PM Found well blowing hard at 10:30 AM. Checked gas flow. Found 8/10ths water through 2" (about 120 mcf/day) after being open to atmosphere almost 70 hours. Started swabbing at 11:15 AM. Found fluid at 2,500 feet. Sent sample for analysis at 2:00 PM. Came back at 3.54% N2. (DTI requires N2 under 4%.) Swabbed well until 5:00 PM. Removed frac valve. Shut in well at 5:30 PM.

8:15AM 5:45 PM Well blowing hard at 8:15 AM. Watched well. Went in well about 9:15 AM. Found fluid about 2,500'. Knocked out 3 7/16" baffle (took about an hour). Waited one hour for pieces to settle out. Knocked out bottom baffle (took about 10 minutes). Swabbed to TD. Left well open overnight.

7:30 AM 5:45 PM Found well blowing hard at 7:30 AM. Watched well. Moved Denex swab rig to location and rigged up. Went in well about 3:00 PM. Found fluid about 2,600'. Knocked out top baffle (took about 15 minutes). Well kicked off and flowed. Left well open overnight.

5:15 AM 7:45 AM BJ arrived at 5:15 AM. Rigged up frac trucks, prepared to fracture.
7:45 AM 8:15 AM Fractured Haverty with 20,000 lbs of 80/100 sand and 20,000 lbs. of 30/50 sand using 64,260 scf of Nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 2,556 psig and treated at an average rate of 30 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,370 psig. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon and 30/50 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. ISIP was 2,230 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 2,025 psig. Total water pumped was 540 bbl (clean volume). Hauled one load of water. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon.
8:15 AM 9:05 AM Perforated Fourth Elk with twenty shots from 4,890' to 4,895'.
9:05 AM 9:30 AM Fractured Fourth Elk with 20,000 lbs of 80/100 sand and 30,000 lbs. of 30/50 sand using 73,683 scf of Nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 2,994 psig and treated at an average rate of 32 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,130 psig. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon and 30/50 at 1, 2, 3 and 3.5 lb./gallon. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. ISIP was 2,115 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,715 psig. Total water pumped was 587 bbl (clean volume). Hauled two loads of water.
9:30 AM 10:25AM Perforated Benson and Riley with eight shots in Benson from 3,983' to 3,989' and 13 shots in Riley, with 5 shots from 3,848' to 3,891', 4 shots from 3,838' to 3,840' and 4 shots from 3,759' to 3,761'.
10:25 AM 10:45 AM Fractured Benson and Riley with 20,000 lbs of 80/100 sand and 20,000 bounds of 30/50 sand using 59,963 scf of Nitrogen (assist only). Formation broke at 1,615 psig and treated at an average rate of 32 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 2,820 psig. After breakdown jumped rate to 41 bbl/minute while pumping initial pad, to make certain all perforations were open, given spacing between Benson and Riley. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon and 30/50 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon. Flushed with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid and treated water. ISIP was 1,630 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,515 psig. Total water pumped was 510 bbl (clean volume). Hauled one load of water.
10:45 AM 11:25 AM Perforated Balltown with 20 shots, with 10 shots from 3,074' to 3,078' and 10 shots from 3,106' to 3,110'.
11:25 AM 11: 45 AM Fractured Balltown with 15,000 lbs of 80/100 sand and 25,000 lbs. of 30/50 sand. Formation broke at 2,170' and treated at an average rate of 32 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 2,680. Pumped 80/100 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon and 30/50 at 1, 2 and 3 lb./gallon. Flushed with treated water. ISIP was 1,710 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,515 psig. Total water pumped was 533 bbl.
11:45 AM 12: 50 PM Shut valve in, rigged down BJ and Weatherford. Installed XH 45 degree flowback equipment and chained to frac valve. Moved two water tanks to let well flow to pit.
12:55 PM 11:59 PM Opened well through 4 1/2" casing. Recovered first frac ball in 1.5 minutes, 2nd frac ball in 3 minutes and 3rd frac ball within four minutes. Graded location. Used plow truck and water truck to move/wash mud off county road. Left well open all night.

9:30 AM 12:15 PM Weatherford rigged up logging truck and crane truck. Ran cement bond log tripping in hole, found cement top at 2,540'. Pulled correlation log. Perforated Haverty with eight holes from 5,270'-5,274', four holes from 5,260'-5,262', four holes from 5,250'-5,252' and four holes from 5,240'-5,242'. Finished perforating at 11:55 AM. Unloaded new frac valve
2:30 PM 3:15 PM Moovin' and Smoothin' peeled off location in hopes of it drying up before frac job. Drained water holes in road.

Dale Currence picked up new frac valve from McJunkin (replacing defective valve purchased in 10/07 for Hodgkinson well). Dale Currence picked up new frac valve from McJunkin to replace defective valve purchased for Hodgkinson well in October, 2007.

2:40 AM 6:10 AM Logged well. Called in cement order.
6:10 AM 6:50 AM Rigged Weatherford down. Prepared to run casing. Rigged up Bush Power tongs.
6:50 AM 11:10 AM Ran 128 joints (5,431') of new 10.5# M-60 4 1/2" casing (from McJunkin) with latch down in bottom. Set 3 5/16" baffle on Joint 11 at 4,963', 3 7/16" baffle on Joint 32 at 4,071' and 3 9/16" baffle on Joint 53 at 3, 178', Set 10 centralizers on Joints 3, 5, 9, 13, 15, 17, 33, 35, 54 and 57. Set one basket on Joint 34 at 3,986'. Started moving drilling equipment off location to Douglas No. 1.
11:10 AM 11:50 AM Rigged up BJ to cement production casing.
11:50 AM 1:00 PM Cemented casing with 377 sx of 35/65/6 cement (35% Fly Ash, 65% Class A, 6% Gel). Pumped 15 bbl gel ahead, then 110 bbl of H20, then 25 bbl gel spacer, then 5 bbl H20 spacer, then 10 bbl Sure Bond pre-flush, then another 5 bbl H20 spacer. Pumped 126 bbl cement slurry. Released plug. Displaced plug with 12 bbl 15% HCl acid and 76 bbl of H20. Plug landed at proper displacement at 770 psig. Bumped pressure to 1,750 psig. Plug down at 12:55 PM. Held for five minutes, then released.
1:00 PM 4:00 PM Rigged down BJ. Installed 4 1/2" x 2" swedge with full port 2" valve. Poured diesel in top of valve to prevent freezing. Finished moving rig and equipment off location.

12:00 AM 6:50 PM Drilled 7 7/8" hole, dusting. No show from gas check at 4,118'. Gas check at 4,614 showed 4/10ths water through 1", or 21 mcf/day. Gas check at 5,108' showed 6/10ths water through 1" or 26 mcf/day. Reached TD of 5,697' at 6:50 PM.
6:50 PM 11:59 PM Tripped out of hole, laying down drill pipe. Checked gas at 10 stands out, no show. Had problems with tongs.

Rig was 2,313' and dusting at 8:00 AM, drilling 24 minute kellys. Gas check at 2,713' showed no gas. Rig was 2,838' at 7:00 PM drilling 24 minute kellys.

7:30 PM 11:00 PM Tripped out, removed 8 1/4" bit. Tripped in hole with 7 7/8" tri-cone bit. Met Dominion Trnasmission officials (al Casto) on location to approve meter site at junction of location road and DTI 6" pipeline.

3:30 AM 5:15 AM Tripped out of hole, prepared to run casing.
5:15 AM 7:10 AM Ran 26 joints (1,011') of new 9 5/8" surface casing (from McJunkin) with spinning rope with no shoe and cement basket on second joint from top. Could not pull conductor.
7:10 AM 9:10 AM BJ cemented surface casing with 330 sx of Class A cement with 3% NaCl and 1/4# flake. Plug landed at 8:25 AM. Rigged down BJ.
9:10 AM 4:30 PM Waited on cement.
4:30 PM 11:59 PM Nippled up on surface casing. Drilled cement and plug. Started drilling 8 1/4" hole. Hole dusted.

12:00 AM 11:10 AM Rig was 650' at 7:00 AM, soaping, carrying 1 1/2" stream of water, drilling 60 minute kellys.
11:10 AM 4:45 PM Weight indicator failed. Installed new weight indicator, which also failed. Worked on new weight indictor. Vibration in drill string. Tripped bit out, found one cone not turning. Replaced bit, tripped back in hole. Had t ream about 60'.

3:00 PM 11:59 PM Spudded well. Set partial joint (16') of 13 3/8" conductor. Started drilling 12 1/4" hole with hammer bit. Had 1/4" stream of water at 70'. Started soap pump.
