12:00 AM 12:30 PM Flowed well back through 2" choke. Shut in at 12:30 PM, took sample. Sample showed 11% nitrogen. Left well shut in. Worked on pipeline from 7:30 AM until 12:30 PM, making tie-in to exising line.

7:30 AM 8:00 AM Checked casing pressure. Found 500 psig. Took gas sample. Commenced pipeline construction (Denex employees and equipment).
11:00 AM 11:59 PM Sample showed nitrogen at 27%. Dropped 6 soapsticks and opened well through 2" overnight. Comtinued working on pipeline.

12:00 AM 10:30 AM Flowed well back through 1" choke.
10:30 AM 11:30 AM Found well blowing hard, bringing very occasional slugs of soapy water. Well did not seem to return very much frac sand. Pulled frac valve. Installed 4 1/2" x 2" swedge, 2" full port valve and 1/2" needle valve. Shut well in.

12:00 AM 8:45 AM Flowed well back through 1/2" choke.
8:45 AM 9:15 AM Checked well, found it blowing hard. Very little sand returned. Shut-in, removed 1/2" choke. Installed 1" choke, opened well to pit. Left open overnight.

6:30 AM 8:30 AM Rigged up Denex swab rig over hole. Rigged up Allegheny Wireline cased hole truck. Ran correlation log and cement bond log. Found good bond, and cement top at 1,558', as expected. Moved Universal frac trucks into place. Perforated Benson with 16 holes over 4' from 4,610-4,614'.
8:30 AM 10:00 AM Finished rigging down perforator, and sent truck off location. Steady rain required that we pull every truck into place with dozer (Taylor Trucking Komatsu 65). Rigged up Universal frac crew.
10:00 AM 10:45 AM Fractured Benson with 40,000 lbs of 20/40 sand using 60 quality foam. Formation broke at 2,532 psig, and treated at an average rate of 17.1 bbls/minute and an average pressure of 3,230 psig. Flushed with treated water. ISIP was 1,550 psig. Five minute shut-in pressure was 1,443 psig. (Used 387,000 scf of nitrogen.)
10:45 AM 12:45 PM Rigged Universal down. Cut ditch from well to pit. Cut ditch from tanks to pit. Opened tank valves to drain. Installed XH 4" x 2" swedge, 2" Tee, tapped bull plug and 1/8" choke.
12:45 PM 3:15 PM Opened well to atmosphere through 1/8" choke. No evidence of sand.
3:30 PM 3:50 PM Shut in well to change choke to 1/2", and to allow Energy Contractors to skid tanks out for removal.
3:50 PM 11:59 PM Opened well to atmosphere through 1/2" choke. Hauled frac tanks off of location (to Teal Queen well site.) No evidence of sand at 4:30 PM. Left well open overnight.

3:45 AM 4:30 AM Wait on logging truck (Allegheny). 
4:30 AM 5:00 AM Rig up logging truck. 
5:00 AM 8:45 AM Log well.
8:45 AM 9:30 AM Rig down logging truck. Rig up power tongs.
9:30 AM 11:45 AM Ran 111 joints, 4,732.11 feet of 10.5# new 4 1/2" casing (McJunkin) with latch down in shoe on bottom and centralizers on joints 2, 4, 34, 46, 48 and 51 (see pipe tally for depths) and basket above Benson on joint 5.
11:45 AM 12:15 PM Wait on cemenet trucks (Universal).
12:15 PM 12:45 PM Rig up cementers, prepare to cement casing.
12:45 PM 1:20 PM Cemented casing with 555 sx of 50/50 pozmix with 2% gel, 10% salt and 1/4# flake. Pumped plug down with 500 gallons of 15% HCl acid. Landed plug at 78 bbls and bumped pressure to 1,600 psig.
1:20 PM   Rigging down, prepare to move to Queen #1.

12:00 AM 11:59 PM Drill 7 7/8" hole with tri-cone bit. Gas check at 3,833' showed 8/10ths H20 through 2" (119 mcf/d). At 6:50 AM rig was 4,015', drilling 30 minutes per kelly, soaping, Carrying about a 1/2" to 3/4" stream of water. Gas check at 4,362' showed 8/10ths H20 through 2" (119 mcf/d). At 4:05 PM rig was 4,549', drilling 23 minutes per kelly, soaping. Asked rig for gas check below Benson at about 4,700'. Found what appears to be Benson (dark brown sand) from 4,640' to 4,672'. Gas check at 4,704' showed 8/10ths H20 through 2" (119 mcf/d). No discernable increase in gas below Benson. Rig was 4,710' at 7:15 PM. Reached TD at 9:50 PM. Cleaned hole from 9:50 PM until 11:00 PM. Started out of hole at 11:00 AM. Scheduled loggers for 5:00 AM and power tongs for 8:00 AM.

12:00 AM 11:59 PM Drill 7 7/8" hole with tri-cone bit. Gas check at 2,340' (below Gantz, above 4th and 5th), no show. Gas check at 2,837' (below 4th and 5th) showed 6/10ths H20 through 2" (103 mcf/d). At 7:00 AM rig was 2,920', drilling 20 minutes per kelly, soaping. Gas check at 3,334' showed 8/10ths H20 through 2" (119 mcf/d). Rig was at 3,677', soaping, drilling 35 minutes per kelly at 8:40 PM.

12:00 AM 11:59 PM Drill 7 7/8" hole with tri-cone bit. Found top of Big Lime at 1,843', bottom about 1,970'. (Picked on prognosis at 1,890'-1,980') Rig was 1,998 at 7:30 AM, dusting, drilling 25 mintes per kelly. Gas check at 1,843'; no show. Picked up 1 1/2" stream of water in Gantz at 2,170'. Rig was 2,215' and soaping at 4:15 PM, drilling 50 minutes per kelly. Gas check at 2, 340'; no show. At 10:50 PM, rig was 2,513', soaping (2" - 3" stream of water), drilling 20 minutes per kelly.

12:00 AM 1:50 AM Finish cement job. Used 340 sx of Class A cement with 3% calcium and 1/4 lb. flake. Plug down at 150.
1:50 AM 1:10 PM Waiting on cement. Nipple up on surface casing. Laid down six drill collars. Slipped drilling line. Prepared to trip in hole and blow water.
1:10 PM 3:15 PM Tripping in hole with 7 7/8" tri-cone bit blowing water.
3:15 PM 11:59 PM Drilled plug and cement, started 7 7/8" hole. Rig was 1,446' at 8:30 PM, dusting, drilling 45 minutes per kelly.

12:00 AM 1:30 AM Tripping in hole with 11" tri-cone bit.
1:30 AM 10:30 PM Drilling 11" hole. Rig was 598' at 7:30 AM, dusting, drilling 40 minutes per kelly. Rig was 1,280' and dusting at 6:00 PM, drilling 25 minutes per kelly. Reached TD of 1,320' at 8:15 PM. Picked up small amount of methane is Kittaning coal. Hole got damp at 1,285', and had to soap last 40 feet. Cleaned hole, tripped out, prepared to run surface casing.
10:30 PM 11:59 PM Ran 1,266' of new 8 5/8" casing (McJunkin) with shoe on bottom, one basket and three centralizers. String was mixed, primarily 20#, with one joint of 23# on bottom and one joint of 23# on top. Rigged up Univeral. Started cementing.

12:00 AM 1:30 AM Drill 15" hole to 335' with hammer. No coal found. No void encountered. No loss of circulation. Clean hole, trip out and stand back. Prepare to run casing.
1:30 AM 2:00 AM Ran seven joints (264') of new 11 3/4" casing with one basket (at 44 ') and one centralizer.
2:00 AM 4:30 AM Waited on cementers. Rigged up cementers.
4:30 AM 10:45 AM Pumped 135 sx of Class A cement with 3% calcium and 1/4 lb. flake. Saw no pressure. Casing went on vacuum. Suspect open mine was encountered but circulation was not lost, probably due to roof fall when pillars pulled. Running block to find top of fluid to see if cement "balanced". Ran wireline and block. Found fluid level at 228'. Did not find plug. Pumped 10 bbls. Checked fluid level with wireline, and found it again at 228'. Waiting on bulk truck to re-cement and balance. Cemented (balance) with 100 sx of Class A cement with 3% calcium and 1/4 lb. flake. Balanced at 228 feet. Finished cementing at 10:45 AM.
10:45 AM 7:00 PM Waiting on cement.
7:00 PM 11:59 PM Nipple up on 11 3/4" casing, pick up pipe and trip in hole.

7:00 AM 1:30 PM Finish moving on and rigging up. Hauled water and seven joints (264') of new 11 3/4" casing (McJunkin) along with basket and centralizer for mine string.
1:30 PM 11:59 PM Set short joint of used 16" casing, started drilling 15" hole with hammer. Rig was 138' and dusting at 5:30 PM, drilling 50 minutes per kelly. Rig was 304' at 11:30 PM, dusting. No coal found. No void encountered. No loss of circulation.

7:00 AM 6:00 PM Moving S. W. Jack Rig No. 21 (Ideco) on to well site and starting to rig up. Rig was moving a long distance (from Wetzel County). As of 6:00 PM, rig was on location except for two tubs and the booster.
